On December, 18th, the V Professional conference “Protection of Intellectual Property Rights: the pharmaceutical branch” took place at Radisson Hotel, in which the partner of PARITET law firm Borys Danevych took part.
The relevance of the topic is stipulated by the fact that the pharmaceutical branch is a risk zone in the contest of breaching IP rights. The conference gathered a unique group of specialists in IP rights protection in pharmaceutics.
The issues of legal regulation of product name protection, their ingredients and way of manufacturing (the signs of products and services, industrial samples, inventions and useful models) were discussed.
Borys Danevych made a report “Legal issues of the data exclusiveness: the problems and perspectives of implementation of the rights concerning data exclusiveness”.
Participation of PARITET in such events is for now a means of sharing many-year invaluable experience in the issues of legal regulation of pharmaceutical market of Ukraine.
