Considering that conflicts often arise in the world of business, efficient and effective dispute resolution is always in the forefront of PARITET law firm’s practice. Alternative dispute resolution

Our experience has shown that court proceedings are not always the only possible and efficient option for resolving a conflict situation.  Therefore, besides legal representation in the courts, we provide alternative methods of dispute resolution, including:

  • International arbitration – international arbitration courts and International Commercial Arbitration Court in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine;
  • mediation;
  • pre-trial settlement of disputes with government  authorities, including tax authorities, Anti-monopoly Committee of Ukraine, public procurement ordering customers etc.;
  • participation in pre-trial settlement negotiations in partnership with foreign and Ukrainian persons, including presentation of a claim before instituting an action in the court, debt restructuring etc.

Representation in courts

In cases when court proceedings are necessary for the protection of our Client’s interests and rights (or when Client is already involved in court proceedings),we provide court representation services:

  • in Ukrainian courts, including general and specialized courts (courts hearing administrative and commercial cases);
  • local enforcement of judgments entered by foreign courts and international arbitral tribunals;
  • in Ukrainian commercial courts with reference to bankruptcy proceedings;
  • in the European Court of Human Rights.

Enforcement proceedings

We provide representation during proceedings involving enforcement of court and arbitration judgments (both in Ukrainian and foreign courts) in Ukraine.
